These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Discord bots (individually and collectively, “the Bot”) within any Discord server (“Server”) where it has been added. By interacting with the Bot — using its commands, remaining in a Server where it operates, or otherwise engaging with its features — you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should refrain from using the Bot’s commands and features, and may request removal of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must meet Discord’s own minimum age requirement (currently 13, or higher where required by local law) to use Discord and, by extension, the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Description of Service

The Bot provides a range of features to Discord servers, including but not limited to: moderation tools, a ticketing system, leveling/XP tracking, an economy system, giveaways, music playback, AI-powered chat/translate/edit tools, and games. Not all features are available on every Bot; the features available in a given Server depend on which Bot is installed and how the Server’s administrator (“Client”) has configured it.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Bot, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to exploit, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Bot’s code, API, or infrastructure
  • Use the Bot to violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Use the Bot to harass, threaten, spam, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to bypass moderation features, economy limits, or rate limits
  • Use automated means (self-bots, scripts) to interact with the Bot’s commands
  • Submit content through the Bot (including AI chat prompts) that is illegal, infringing, or that facilitates harm

Violation of these Terms may result in restricted access to the Bot’s features, at our discretion or that of the relevant Server’s moderators.

4. AI-Powered Features

Message edit, translate, and chat features are powered in part by third-party AI processing. Responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should not rely on AI-generated output for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions. Do not submit sensitive personal data through these features.

5. Virtual Items & Economy

Any in-Bot currency, items, XP, or rankings (“Virtual Items”) have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and exist solely within the Bot’s ecosystem. We reserve the right to reset, adjust, or remove Virtual Items at any time, including to correct bugs, exploits, or abuse.

6. Server Administrator Relationship

The Bot is installed and configured by each Server’s administrator (our licensed Client), who controls settings such as enabled features, moderation rules, and channel permissions. We are not responsible for how individual Clients configure or moderate their Servers. Disputes about Server-specific moderation actions should be directed to that Server’s administrators.

7. Availability & Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Bot. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time, and the Bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or issues outside our control (including Discord API outages).

8. Disclaimers

The Bot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Bot will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, Virtual Items, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under EU consumer protection law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Bot’s features at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, Discord’s Terms of Service, or applicable law. Server administrators may also remove the Bot from their Server at any time, which will end your interaction with it in that Server.

11. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Where you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you may also be entitled to protections under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via our support server and/or the Bot’s changelog. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
